	Alan Skinner started Almec in 1991 after a career in corporate management. He has always had a policy of re-investing in the business to ensure plant, equipment and people are the best available.           Denys Volokhov is a Graduate Engineer from Ukraine and has taken on the role of our laser specialist as well as providing support to Dave Gault in CAD programming.           Janet Borjeson performs a broad range of duties to keep Almec running smoothly such as despatch coordination, accounts and payroll. Janet also directs phone calls from her desk so say hello if you're calling for the first time.     Dave Gault has been the main person responsible for Almec's level of technical excellence and innovation since Almec started business in 1991.                         Our great manufacturing staff bring decades of experience, a comprehensive skill base, and a daily focus on quality to the work they produce at Almec. Tony Ianello is the leader of the manufacturing staff and had a wealth of experience with AWA, Exicom and Com10 before joining Almec in 2002. Henry (front) and Robert are Almec's longest service staff in the factory, starting with Almec in 1991.
